Brief Biography
A correspondent for The Washington Times, ISN, National Catholic Register, his work has appeared in the International Herald Tribune, Irish Times, Business Day, Asia Times, Foreign Policy Online, among others. He has also worked across Africa with GOAL - speaking regularly on the BBC, Voice of America and Sky News. His chapters on politics and security in Sudan feature in 'Beyond Settlement '(Associated University Press, 2008). He was Editor-in-Chief of a journal issue on Middle East conflict, and his analysis of NATOs role in Afghanistan was published in the Johns Hopkins University Central Asia-Caucasus Analyst in late 2006.
